People also don't really understand size of Ukraine. This country is bigger than France or Spain. so, In Donbas region there is complete hell cut loose, but in Lviv you mostly live usual life except sometimes you hear air danger alarm when russian launch long range missles in Lviv direction. Can't be compared to Kharkiv - one of the biggest cities in artillery vicinity, you know. Different ukranians can have very different experience of this war.

I think the gi/nogi for beginners speaks more of how classes are structured. Playing guard is way more effective in the gi bc you have more grips, so when the average class is 3 moves of the day and 40-60 minutes of free live rolling people tend to do certain things. You can develop guard for nogi equally good if your class is properly structured but stupid drilling is here to stay

Anyone who doesnt fully actualize that 99% men and women in grappling at the world championchip level would fail an USADA based test, simply fails to accept reality from not being close enough to that level of the sport. Yes, even the women use things outside of USADA rules that they could fail for.

The problem i find with a lot of these clips/examples is the reaction (or lack ) of the actors on the recieving end of the inappropriate behaviour. Some of the adults at least are established stars who could/should push back and not allow themselves to be treated like this. Call it out. Maria Carey for example, should tell Ellen where to stick her champagne.

@@rdwe Allegedly Gordon forced/strongly encouraged his drunk little brother to do explicit acts with his (Gordon’s) girlfriend while he watched. This is why the b team guys heavily imply that Gordon is a cuck and they make constant references toward it. Craig has made comments about Gordon loving to share things, they made their quintet name the B team Bulls (a bull is the term for the guy who fucks the wife of the cuck) implying that there is a/are bulls on B team. I have no idea how true any of that is but that seems to be the story from sources close to them + taking into account the references made by Craig and others. In all fairness that sounds crazy enough to where it makes sense that the subject is so touchy and no one wants to get into the details Edit: 1:18:38 yeah Craig basically just confirmed all that lmao

It's frustrating when people with zero to little knowledge of "Steroids" (ie test) talk about how its unfair. I think it's unfair to have to compete as a Caucasian male who's natural test levels fall around 300-500, against other nationalities that fall between 600-800. I think these sports events should say that no person should be allowed to test higher than say 700-800. So that it's equal for everyone.
