Man I was right there with Big Monson everybody he's talking about I know and I worked out with at Venice Beach. A true monster on the iron. When you lift weights you know what it feels like to get up under a certain amount of weight. To see him manhandle that iron was a phenomena. All I can say is I'm glad I seen everything with my own eyes I was there unbelievable. I'll never forget the pit with Craig Monson!!!! God Bless you Bro thanks for the journey!!!!

Big up and much respect!!! Thanks! These are a fantastic, informative and inspirational series of interviews. Big Craig is a survivor and a man larger-than-life. It’s great to hear how passionate he is about bodybuilding, the impact he’s had on it and how it changed and saved his life. As an elder, he grew up and came of age during a pivotal epoch in Black history that I’m extremely eager to hear him speak in-depth on when his book and documentary come out. The fact that he was a member of the Southern California chapter of The Black Panther Party for Self Defense, knew Bunchy Carter, was a founding member of The Avenues, and did hard-time with Geronimo Ji-Jaga sharing teachings and wisdom with him, means that he has a unique perspective of pivotal events in Black history that he not only witnessed, but participated in!

Wow this is why I love Jail house strong! I love hearing stories from the pen about brothers and how strong they were... this was one of the best and he was honest too that he took juice.... I still wouldn't take it period. Tyrus has a beautiful story as well but he needs to go into more detail about his training like craig monson! I mean man this guy is a legend like all the rest but was strong, wow! He fits the stories about the men of judah in the book of jasher strong as a lion! I been waiting to hear things like this for the longest man and this is the only channel bringing it like that! I would like to hear more from big jack like detail stories of how they lift aswell!
