From what little I know about him he started as a rapper. He had a tough childhood. His mom struggled with mental health addiction and he spent 12 years in and out of the prison system until he says he had an epiphany. What a testament to Craig Morgan as well! Excellent version of this song!

Son of a Sinner Empty House Waylon&Willie Jelly Roll has a great full bodied voice. His early life was with a addicted Mom who spent time in jail. Unfortunately Jelly Roll also did jail time. This song is a testament of the wonderful passion on the part of Craig for caring. So beautiful. Great reaction Craig. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦

Everything I've ever seen about Craig Morgan shows him to be an amazing human being - had not seen this before and it's just one more example. I think most of his that you've reacted to are the more deep, heart-tugging songs, so for your next one I'd recommend "Redneck Yacht Club" which is fun and upbeat with a video that has a couple of cameos from Blake Shelton and Aaron Tippin (not sure if you've done any of his songs yet - a couple of my favorites are "Kiss This" and "There Ain't Nothin' Wrong with the Radio").

I can't think of anyone more deserving of this second chance in life than Jellyroll. I've been following him for many years, back when he was just rapping and trying to come up. The way he has literally made his dreams come true is incredible and so inspiring. No one is perfect, but he and Bunny (his wife) are incredible humans who I absolutely adore following.

You should check out his song Save Me. He made the video before having any kind of record deal so there’s no digital editing or anything, just purely his vocals and it’s absolutely amazing! He is the most real person I’ve seen and he deserves all the love he is getting from everyone who hears him sing

Dive into the Jelly Roll rabbit hole. I promise you won't regret it! Jelly was tried as an adult at the age of 17 and spent the next 12 years in the judicial revolving door. He was sitting in a jail cell one day and a guard came to tell him that he had a daughter. He resolved at that moment to change his life. Can you imagine what a dream come true it must have been for him to sing that song with that artist on that stage?! What an inspiration!

I love Jelly Roll. When I was going through rough times I would sit and listen to his songs. Helped me to know I wasn’t the only one feeling that way. Unsure if you listen to explicit songs on here or not but for my money, the song “Same Asshole” and “Nothing Left at All” are his best. Slower rap songs. I’m a sub for awhile now and really only listened to your country journey. From Ohio. Keep it up.

Jelly Roll is a crossover artist, he started in rap and made his way over to country. He's got a few great songs across the entire spectrum of music, "Save Me", "she", "Son of a Sinner", "Need a Favor", "Even Angels Cry", and "Dead Man Walking" just to name a few (the last 2 are more rock and rap)

This was cool to see, because I'd been following Jelly Roll when he was only doing rap. Then I saw the video of him performing at the Grand Ole Opry for the first time, and he got emotional and told that story. Then this collab performance happened. It's like life came full circle for him. I'm primarily a classic and outlaw country music fan, but I had been listening to a lot of Jelly Roll and Struggle Jennings' rap songs. Struggle Jennings is Waylon Jennings' grandson. (Technically step-grandson)
