I so appreciate your presentation!!! I feel like my Healthcare providers treated my proximal hamstring tendinopathy too simplicsticly, lacking the emphasis of the progression of the rehabilitation especially considering removing compression early on. Thank you so mucn

I have hamstring tendonopathy along the medial side of my knee. I am a female distance runner. The pain associated with this is incredible and after 3 months, it has worsened to the point where I cant run. I was disappointed he didnt even cover this area

That’s because he is talking about proximal hamstring tendinopathy not distal hamstring tendinopathy.

Why not use the chinese plank where your feet and your upper back are supported and the rest of your body is between the benches/chairs? Seems to me as a solid replacement for the roman chair since pretty much everybody has 2 chairs at home? Your thoughts?
