This was an amazing battle from all 3 bands. Craigmonts sound is amazing they definitely surprised me the most, just imagine if they were a little bigger, that’s a scary thought lol PV sounds amazing as well, nice clean sound. WH did great as usual their power is CRAZY

Parkview won because they had musicality. They played a march which the judges (who were band directors) seemed to like and also played a variety of slow, fast, and crank songs. Whitehaven cranked the whole battle and played very long songs which bored the judges at the end. Craigmont a certain amount of fullness with their sound considering how small they are

@@skoobyesko1049 well i thought they all sounded good for high school bands. i think wh and cm were more lit, but the fact that pv played a march and no one else did, and they're ballad was more in tune and clean than cm sent them into 1st place. i wasn't a judge though so that's just my guess.

Parkview seems to only be able To Produce a good sound only Playing mp and softer. They showcase no true playing abilities when attempting to play forte. They band has no entertainment value the best selections by them the entire evening was the March and stairway to Heaven but nothing else was close to A good sound. They trumpets was completely null And void the entire event. There victory musically doesn’t Make since to me.

I’d rather take chances a push my students to the max then limit there capacity for more. Craigmont is 5 month old program these are well seasoned programs. And that speaks volumes alone.
