OMG! I just had an aha-moment! When I was crying after break-ups and trying to make the guys see how much I am suffering, I was acting just like a little infant that needs attention...thank you for this insight!

Great insight Craig. One of your best yet. And you're absolutely right, this guy's going to chase his girlfriend into the arms of another man, unless he changes.

Thanks! I try to use each video to teach something new, or expand upon something I hadn't talked about. I think this video teaches why people become controlling and how it actually causes them to push their partner away.

Thanks! SO much! going through a (Space) period with the GF. And my anxiety is over the top right now. Have watched a few episodes. My anxiety only goes haywire when we have these episodes. I lose my emotional control and only when the relationship is threatened. Hate that I lose control. Esp in the middle of it when I don't realize or recognize that I have entered my spin zone. So the take away for me. Maintain control. Get more therapy and try to nail down my past once again. sigh... Well, thanks for letting me do it here online at the very least.

Craig, can you give a list of good books on attachment styles to read. Ones that give good examples and common traits of each. How they react and how to react to them. I've been looking around and feel like what I'm finding isnt quite along the lines that you talk about.

Have u tried The Knowledge? Nobody will cover what you’re looking for quite like that will 😉

Are you referring to your workbooks? I have those and I am working on them. I just wasnt sure if there was an actual book you recommended as well.

Your probably like me - fearful avoidant, we have a mix of both. Sometimes referred to as disorganised attachment style. It comes from one of our parents in particular being particularly inconsistent.
