According to Lea, Regine and Raul just asked her to record a solo of this medley (her in pink) and to send the tape to them. Bahala na sina Regine at Raul gumawa ng areglo around the solo para maging duet at magblend. And so she did and wala na siyang alam kung ano ang output. During the concert na nya nalaman yung kinalabasan and it was lovely from both ladies :)

I think it was Regine who sent her recorded performance to Lea. Thus Lea said, it was so hard singing with you. Kasi, if it's Regine who sang along with Lea's recorded voice, I could then see in her reaction that she's amazed at the voice (when Lea sang her first part) which the normal thing she does is that she smiles to show admiration. But here she seemed to be listening to the melody and waitiing for her turn. Lea as you could see was glancing at something beside maybe it's the video of Regine. As what I observed.

That's where Regine fall short most of the time . Na cocompromise Yung pronunciations dahil sa kanyang technique or vocal placement na nagiging cringey pakinggan minsan.

Vowel sounds may differ from the genre of music you use. IPA is technically different between POP and BROADWAY (THEATER). E.g. the word river, in POP you sound it RIVAH, in theater it sounds with a vibration on letter R and the vowel sounds wide. There's no mispronunciation here. So please correct your comment. Wag po issue ha. Lea's part here was recorded alone and ahead of time. It was played back during the show with Regine singing with her. As Lea explains it, a live online duet is impossible because of the connection delays.

Alam mo ba sinasabi mo? So diction lang ang meron si miss lea, tapos taas ng boses ni miss reg. Anong kaignoratehan yan. So yung mga aachievement nila puro walang kwenta din, sinasabi mo ba na hindi requirements ang taas ng boses na meron sila, si ate reg hindi lang naman mataas, pakinggan mo ulit at suriin mo ng mabuti kung puro taas nga lang ba ang kaya, tapos si miss lea hindi lang naman yung diction ang meron sa kanya, well pang broadway yung song kaya kayang kaya niya yun. Pero hindi ako naniniwala na puro pagpronouce lang ang kaya niya, tignan mo yung melody at harmony, sabayan mo ba ng nakawindang na dynamics at pagsustain jusko ang hirap non. partida naka virtual sila. Hindi live.

Common? Talaga ba hahhhahhhahh saan ka naman nakakita ng boses na meron si ate reg para sabihin mong common? Dahil ba maraming bumibirit? Sino ba Nagsimula non? Diba si regine kaya nga siya yung standard Dito sa pinas e kahit mga international na singer hinahangan siya.
