I’m from Maine we have a few great syrup producers close by. We have a yearly event called maple Sunday where local producers open up to the public and give tours.

Hey Todd, I've had Maine syrup, dark and gooey on pancakes. But that was when I was still climbing mountains, now they make me grow😳🤣. VT syrup is excellent, hand boiled. My favorite is the dark amber , it has more flavor ( boiled down more). This recipe is kicker, I would love to make this for my family down by the Cranberry bogs🎉. They would love it😊. Hi, JoJo!!!!’ Guess what? I got 1 gallon…..a whole gallon of Vermont dark amber syrup this week. The syrup I used here was ok… just some stuff I had sitting around, but dark Amber has always been my favorite as well!! see you soon and I’ll get that Vermont syrup into a future video. God bless you.
