cranberry hibiscus

I'm growing several verieties of roselle and a cranberry hibiscus. I'm stalking some youtube vids to get some idea to use them as foodstuffs. One lady use the false roselle to make tea. She just steep the a handful of whole fruit in boiling water :)

The freeze last winter wiped mine out. I will get some more in the ground this year.

Man! I sure wanted a glass of that sorrel on ice! I have only the false roselle. Maybe I'll get some roselle so I can try making that beverage. Thanks for the video.
