Beautiful and delicious! Is there another red fruit instead of red cranberries I can use in this recipe? Red cranberries are difficult to find here in Italy and the puree is very thick so I don't know if it would be the same using strawberries or cherries...

You can use any berries..same quantity..just use 5g of gelatin powder to help it set

Hi I made this Cranberry White Chocolate Tart. The Bakeware I used is the Fortessa Fortaluxe Super White Durable Porcelain Round Tart Baking Dish. I absolutely love this dish.. The dish is a 10 inch I think the crust and cranberry filling and chocolate crunch layer and white chocolate ganache are delicious but I think I need to double the recipe for this to work for my tart pan or if you know the ratio I would need to make this work for my tart dish.

You can use raspberries or strawberries..but I would add 3-5 g of gelatin powder to set it up
