I feel like any storyline with Crane is futile, because hes an OP character, someone whos actually there to never lose. He's the Dev's or admin representative in the city. So any RP scenario with him is doomed to fail. I now believe hes there for people to hate or fight with. Everything he does is on purpose and has the devs blessings.

the subjects that were brought up should not be held liable whether if Crane the character feels a certain way. That's just dumb, changes need to be made and he needs to get the ball rolling on some things, I took this meeting as OOC shit needs to get done, not let me RP my grumpy old man and not get anything done IC.

Or you didn’t understand what he said. He’s saying Crane is stubborn and arrogant to a point where he doesn’t 2nd guess himself, BUT this meeting opened his eyes to 2nd guess himself and the PD’s actions. Aka ✨character development ✨

The entire point of the meeting that Crane didn’t understand (and CG/BBMC didn’t explain well enough) is that Crane needs to do more for others besides the PD and listen to criticism from others besides the PD all the time. He makes all his legislation based on feedback from the PD and maybe some civilians. And that legislation affects roleplayers on an OOC level on how they do their roleplay. Not fair to not get feedback from everyone

@@iznogood3147 you couldnt be more mistaken. and you rely on fallacious reasoning backed by assumptions to reinforce your assumptions. i say they dont role play because they could have taken these instances that they refer to and enacted on them through role play. instead they complain ooc. then just do terrorism and say "because" in rp, then actually explain why ooc, which then cant be used. and finally actually reach out in rp, to not bring up anything substantial that can be enacted upon in rp. i mostly watch the guys that came over from wild rp. gramm's pop sulivan perma was near perfection rp.

@@iznogood3147 also their complaint about business licenses was addressed like 5 months ago. jack kettleman did that. made millions and got bored. so if they role played someone trying to make a business, and find a resolution, they would have gotten the same one thats been the standard of business acquisition for months. just do it, rp it, document it. like a business does.

Not the biggest Nathankb fan or his character crane but CG put him in a difficult position, IC with a little OOC mixed in on how they see or want changes for criminal roleplay so it doesn't feel like PD/Council can steamroll them without it always turning into violent retaliation. It doesn't matter if he himself agrees or his character agrees, Changes are happening regardless. CG has talked with Koil and Koil is talking about the criminals issues on his stream. Will they be massive changes overnight ? No but Koil being semi active is better for NoPixel, i am sure he has realized Buddha's so called vision of NoPixel is not working. All the variety streamers abandoning ship with major complaints 5 months in is not good for business which NoPixel is.

I think Crain did a fantastic job as server admin. Law is now more strict and more RP is happening for other smaller streamers. It severely punishes bigger streamers for doing heavy crime against crims. A good balance.
