Once a car is sold , there is normal wear and tear and it does have scratch. If you tell them ki ek bhi scratch nahi aana chaiye, who would take the risk. The amount of customer service you require, makes.me think you should buy mercedes not a triber. I do own a 220 d and they give me a replacement car everytime my car goes to service or breaks down. RSA will take care of your vehicle, it aint responsible for ferrying the passengers to and fro. Just save some money and buy a Merc
