Why do they move so slow in construction and sometimes the workers don't move at all?

Was watching the video question.Could the tracks be wider for softer terrain and a double wide lower rail and double wide chain .Three link wide ,a pair of sprocket rollers between links ---link roller link roller link ,and stagger lower wheels on track rails.Or like roller system on the D11cats, Good catch on double drives , you're doing great at innovations...

This video was used in a technology showcase and played without audio at the booth in the show. It was posted here as a backup for the video or a proof at the time. Had we known it would generate this many views we would have added audio for KZbin.
