I've gotten to where I can hardly watch actual ASMR anymore, I don't want to watch teenage girls whispering about their shopping hauls and I'm tired of hi-tech, "creative" role plays that are more about acting than relaxation. These medical exam videos are my go-to lately.

Exactly, because it's real. I think that's one of the major driving forces behind ASMR, the unintentional aspect. Obviously purposeful ASMR videos can work, but when it's a real life situation, the "tingles" are much stronger for some reason.

Last night I had a massive headache and I felt my head was spinning so hard that I actually felt sick. The doctor examined me at home and actually performed a cranial nerve exam, I was so excited because I've always watched them on YT for relaxation and this time it was real. Wasn't as relaxing as this one but it was kinda soothing, enough to be a tad more relaxed and sleep.

@NicBrough9 жыл бұрын
+SewerMan69 - what accent? She's English, and speaks it a neutral way. There is a slight lilt to her cadence that suggests that she is from the North of England, but northerners tend to speak proper English far better than Southerners or Londeners. It's people who do not speak English like she does who have an accent.
