If your screaming at defendant due to multiple violations of him continuing to drive and getting rearrested again and again then WHY ARE YOU LETTING HIM OUT. REVOKE HIS BOND AND MAKE HIM WAIT IN JAIL UNTIL HIS TRIAL..This judges actions seem to be a liability for the state and its taxpayers . Pretty sure if this idiot reoffends again and causes injury or death to someone innocent while released yet again then that family has a open and shut case of negligence against the court, the county, city , the prosecutor and the judge in the millions .. so why would they risk all of this on a someone that has proven he can’t be trusted out on bond not to reoffend

@@tailblazerstv I'm pretty sure that letting this guy out was THE LAST THING this Judge wanted to do. The problem on these Cases is that Judges are obligated to abide by Guidelines for Bond, which are often way too lax, even for multiple offenders. Unless they've committed really bad Violent Crimes, they get out on Bond/Bail. I don't know exactly to what extent these Guidelines played a part in this particular Case, nor do I know how much Discretion Judges have in these circumstances, but it's pretty easy to understand with how the Judge snapped off at the Defendant, telling him how he's such a repeat offender, etc., that this Judge DID NOT appreciate letting the guy leave with a PR Bond! I'm pretty sure that, given how this Judge is fed up with this guy to the point of screaming at him like that, if he had any legally justifiable reason, he'd have let him rot in Jail until his next hearing! I MIGHT BE MISTAKEN, but I really felt that part of this Judge's frustration came from not being able to do what he deemed would have been the right thing to do here!

Isn't a quadriplegic someone that is paralyzed from the neck down? I don't think the guy was telling the truth about anything there. I bet he isn't a Native American, doesn't know all of the judges and police supervisors and probably doesn't even have a driver license for that motorcycle. Also, if he did know all of the judges they would by all rights have to recuse themselves and an out of county judge brought in to arraign him (unless he is in Michigan, if so the State Bar could try to order one of the judges to deal with him anyway like they essentially did Judge Middleton on that former prosecutor second offense DUI recently, all four judges tried to recuse to kick it over to another county and Judge Middleton was evidently told that since the former elected prosecutor was now a private citizen to deal with it, to his credit Judge Middleton did tell the former prosecutor dewey defendant he would recuse anyway if Dr. Dewey Former Prosecutor wanted him to, which would have likely forced the State Bar to kick that case to Kalamazoo County). No, the former prosecutor was NOT "Sweet Deal" Dave Marvin (who I am sure would love to see current Prosecutor Debbie Davis in cuffs after she beat him in the primary a few months back, he fired her from his office about a year ago and she got sweet revenge on him but I think she keeps her behavior clean enough so that she won't get arrested). St. Joe County is interesting, their recently deposed Sheriff got a dewey and essentially quit working while still getting his county paycheck for over a year, "Sweet Deal" Marvin's predecessor has two deweys and loses the same primary that Marvin did, both losing to the woman that puts the "cute" in prosecutor. For the record I don't think "Sweet Deal" Marvin has a criminal record.

@cheapskatepanic I dunno, he was pretty quick to mention neck surgery and if untrue that would be easily disproven in court. If it was partial maybe neck surgery can improve that sufficiently? I dunno I'm not a spinal surgeon but it wasn't completely implausible. I don't usually sympathise with these arseholes but in this case the cop was pretty quick to escalate, he didn't ask him to get off the bike, didn't tell him why he was stopped. Cop while amusing did seem like a bit of a jerk on a power trip.

I have a neck and lower spine injury as well as a movement disorder that has unique symptoms Guess what I don't ride motorcycles I don't don't act aggressive to law enforcement I was recently pulled over going over 15 mph over, near a school, without proof of registration, license or insurance as I left my purse at home and there was a beer in the glove box with the registration (not opened, I dog even drink beer, I'm allergic) and I'm sure if they search my vehicle they'd find some kind of paraphernalia and a prescription bottle of Ritalin (prescribed to me but remember, no ID) and the sweet officer turned off her lights cause they trigger my migraines, she was polite and looked everything up and let me go with a verbal warning about speed and not updating ones license when moving from Texas to Utah in 2021......which I just remembered I still need to do So yeah, I know some law enforcement can just be having a bad day and be pricks, but there is something to be said about being polite and showing respect and FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS that prevents you from being thrown around and arrested Ps, I am prescribed medical cannibis and Ritalin, so typically having either on me in the state of utah is legal but only if I provide the prescription and ID, which I didn't have either so I could have been arrested until they sorted it all out but luckily I gave her no reason to search

Quadrapalegic indicates that 4 limbs are affected by the disability. It does not indicate the degree of disability. We most often hear the term on tv and in movies to indicate "paralyzed from the neck down", but that is not the usual degree. "Some weakness" or "difficulty with control" is more usual.

@jimmckay2337 I honestly don't blame you a single bit! 😂 Since the 2000's our Weather, especially our Winters, have quickly become warmer and warmer, to the point where every year, we're wondering if we're going to have snow on Christmas! Winter has become like a perpetual (old, normal) November, save for a few weeks a few times in the season where we get somewhat normal temperature. When I was a kid _(I'm only 37, so I'm talking about the 90's),_ from December onwards, it was -15°C and colder, with snow perpetually covering the landscape. Winter was always minimum a few feet of snow covering everything, and when it snowed, we'd regularly get feet of it! January and February were an absolute nightmare, with -30° and -40°C _(-40°F)_ being common for weeks at a time. And mind you, I've only been living in the Southern part of Québec! So the weather up North... Well, there's "up North" as we call it, where we often go for rent a cabin or practice winter sports, which in reality is only about midway to the Northernmost parts of Québec, which we don't even call "up North" since it's actually in the Arctic Region and no one goes there because it's just sooo brutal, with -50° & -60°C _(-58 & -76°F, sometimes colder)_ at times! Only the Native Americans who live there are adapted to these conditions, and the only other people who go there _(on land, because we do have Military Ships constantly patrolling the Arctic waters, but these guys are in a Climate Controlled Environment, so it's not the same, except for when they get stuck in ice and need to wait for an Icebreaker Ship!)_ are Weather and Climate Scientists. Those are seriously dedicated guys! Anyways. Seeing the very real and drastic changes to our Climate over my lifetime is something! I wouldn't really complain if it was only the Winters getting warmer, but it's the Summer that has become absolutely unbearable! Scorching Heat, 35+°C _(95+°F)_ is now the norm, but while it doesn't look that bad on paper, it's extremely tough to endure because of the extreme Humidity, which makes you feel like you've got an elephant standing on your chest every time you try to take a breath! I've been to Barcelona, Spain, in a period where the temperature was 45°C in the shade... I've been in Tropical Climates where oddly enough, the weather is about the same as back home, with the same Humidity level (because of the proximity to the Sea)... But in both these examples, the heat was a hundred times easier to bear! It actually wasn't hindering at all... So, yeah. Weather absolutely su©ks where I live! If I have the chance one day, I'll move to a more hospitable Climate!

@@joshuawidener8407 He didn't say "I can't believe I'm letting you go, but I have no choice". The lawyer didn't cite any laws that forced the judge to release him. He just let him go because......?????? The only reasons we have left are he's being too lenient or he's being lazy or doesn't wanna deal with a pissy defendant. Your comment is not only dumb, but lacks any sort of backing. You know Darrel Brooks? That guy who killed like over 40 people with his car? He was on bond for some other violent offenses. The judge let him go despite having not only every right, but a duty to keep him locked up. But because for some reason the judge showed him mercy. And now all those people are dead despite every warning sign. Judges are too lenient on repeat offenders or are just lazy. Any argument you have is now worthless.

Doesn’t it seem like every sovcit has a neck injury? Like what are they all doing to get these serious neck injuries? Maybe the whiplash of their introduction to reality results in the injuries 🤷🏻‍♂️
