Just fair warning that some of the bosses able to be fought aren't fully implemented (Bolthro, for instance). There's also at least one boss in the bladder that's current inaccessible so the game is possible to finish but there's more updates coming before the full release.

What point of the game are you at? I've been replaying for the full game and remember a decent amount after retracing my steps on a second playthrough.

Okay, so you can either go the lungs by taking the train above the town in the liver or you can go to the heart by finishing the blood lamp quest for the empty train station near where you enter the pancreas after the elevator event with Roo Caper. You need to find three red blood cells, one of which is near where you fought Roo Caper, one is the long platforming stretch above his area on the map (you'll need the bounce move to clear it), and the third one is found near Gionoma.

There's an achievement for going to the heart first but the lungs are easier to explore (and stuff you find there will be more helpful for fully exploring the heart).

Where is Octolis boss fight? (Already beat him and a few others, got stuck in the Roo area without all the necessary upgrades. Somehow didn't save after getting stuff, turned off Steamdeck, and stuff was gone).

Octolis should be to the right after going down from the liver town right after the otter shop.

@CrankyTemplar I just figured it out as you sent me that, lol. Thanks though. I'm at Otterman's shop rn. I seemed to have missed a LOT on my first run thorough. I wish the devs didn't buff tf outta the bosses, though, lol.

No problem! Is it the minibosses that got buffed? I'm kind of waiting for either a big content patch or full release before going back for a new run.

I made it to corrupted vaccine/roo caper and the stuttering on steam deck is just too bad for me to get a win. It hasn't really been much of a issue until now. Having to dash back to back from the Lazer just isn't possible with the stutter. Hope it gets a patch cause I really enjoy the game!

Sorry to hear, I haven't played with Steam deck so not sure what issues it may have. The developer does have a Discord where they're active and good at noting and fixing bugs so if you get the opportunity you might see whether they're aware and have a fix. Regardless, good luck with your playthrough!

Does this early access already cover up to the end boss? Or will there be more contents/chapters story progression wise? There seems to be a lot of bosses already.

You can complete the story and fight the final boss. From what I understand early access is adding more side content but there may be tweaks to other stuff as they're asking for player feedback on stuff.

I’m so stuck then I have no idea where I’m supposed to go or what to do I just beat the general boss and found the quest with the guy pumping the lungs

@@junkincans You should have got an access upgrade from the general that lets you go through the red gate (I think it's left of the town?) that will take you up to the Diromitis chase and boss fight to end stuff in the heart. For the lungs, you need to find all four workers to have the Camo Leo fight start so you can get his gun to break those orange barriers in the lungs.

cranky is every devs worst knightmare. hes completely demolishes every game he plays. i would be thinking of making my game way harder if i saw him perfect my game. hey cranky have you ever not destroyed a game? what game was too hard for you to beat? cranky templar is a gaming jedi

I'm certainly terrible at soulslikes, as I'm pretty rubbish with Dark Souls and Elden Ring. And difficulty is something the developers should consider for all people playing the game. Sometimes that includes varying difficulty but if not then it should be something that won't excessively frustrate players.

i think its fair to say cranky already 100% this game. do it blind cranky! ive never seen cranky do bad in any game. is cranky a robot? maybe hes ai just smashing every game hes ever played. thats pretty smart have ai do all the algorithms and record til it does it with out getting hit. presto cranky is either the gaming goat or hes freakin ai!!!!
