How do you keep the jig from getting too deep and hung up in the timber without a slip bobber setup like you showed in another video? What size bullet weight and split shot for fishing that deep? Great videos all. Thanks.

If you have Livescope, you can see that jig fall and keep it above the brush. If you're fishing without forward facing sonar, do the ole count test. See how long takes to get to the bottom. If it's 20ft deep and the brush comes up to 10ft, adjust accordingly. Usually using 1/16 or 1/8 bullet weight

Believe it was 1/4oz. But they were also fishing quite deep so the heavier weight helped it get it down faster
