Old fisherman loving life and giving life lessons. You have to stop and smell the roses my friend. You are so right. I love that you use jigheads for minnows instead of minnow hooks. I see most crappie fisherman who use minnows always use minnow hooks. I prefer to use jigheads myself because a jighead has more weight to it than a minnow hook and will sink faster with a split shot. I like using small jigheads too for smaller minnows.

Thank you pops for the reply up here in CT we are usually on the ice right now but no Ice so I guess I am going to get the 🛶 out dress In gear for cold get 3 dozen small minnows and my gig heads white and fire tiger and put a beat down on crappie and white bass just have to go on right days like u said some days nothing bites or the fish left u got to find them !! Still acting up, got rid of a check valve in the top of the gas tank, it run good for 2 weeks then started acting up again. Run it today with a small gas tank and it run OK except the bulb on the little tank pulled shut and I pumped it up and it seem to run fine. Now I think my problem is in the gas tank, maybe another check valve in the tank.
