Whenever I enter this level, the screen turns white and the level never loads. Other levels work, it's just this one level that refuses to load. My disc only has a couple scratches so maybe my laser is going out

You can take the crystal and boxes gem first and win then return to the blue gem there is no difference then

That was the last gem I had to find. I remember jumping in every platform and falling down every pit looking for it until one night, it finally dawned on me what that ?/0 crate meant at the end
