Crash Bandicoot: Back In Time, Level 1: Memory Lane

Here's that Crash related stuff I was talking about. I'm a little late to the party with this one, as I was in the middle of FFVII challenges when it came out and I wanted to finish those first. It's a fan made Crash Bandicoot game that so far includes 10 traditional levels, 10 Flashback Tape levels and 5 "Trials of Uka-Uka", whatever those are. I have not looked at any other footage of this game, so everything will be new to me as I progress. This is the most recent version - 0.93.
This is the first level, and it's a simple and easy one that looks like it's straight out of Crash Bandicoot 2, so the title is very fitting. Apparently, there will be new enemies and crates along the way. It's nice to get an easy start, so that I can get used to the controls. It's been a while since I played a Crash game now. The only thing I haven't figured out so far is how to save.

Though I love all of the Crash Bandicoot games, there's just something very charming about the original 'three islands' settings, from the old jungle ruins to the rivers. Looking forward for more of this!

This might be one of the best first levels *EVER.* It's nice and simple. All items/collectables/crates are introduced to the player perfectly. Overall this level is perfect!
