It’s been a tough week but always getting better and will never be as bad as before because I’m still sober by the grace of a higher power.
Thank you for joining me this week. I talk about my recent car crash. How I need to protect myself in people I have in my company. I talk about my struggles with financial situation and accommodation situation.
I ultimately get a lot of my chest and I come away a lot more positive and I felt lighter from it.
Life will always throw you curve balls , it’s how you respond or react to is is how we get judged.

I knew your phone would fall ... soon as you said we were in the stream, I knew we were all getting in for a dip! Jesus the crash, those things play on our alchie mind, take good care, you've loads going on. Sorry to hear you're living with suicide as an option, on the daily ... that's serious stuff. I get it. I thought the same about the crash, I hoped youd see it as a short sharp shock of a warning to slow down. Being angry at the leaders and decision makers sounds healthy to me, beats turning it in toward ourselves, I liken it to the justified anger we have toward our parents (but AA can knock that outta you if you let them) but it's right to feel it. Compassion for them AND yet angry cos we deserved better. They had it bad but or AND we were effected ... great chats, bang bang rosie and the nuts, ha ha ... yeah, you've defo got lots of situs going on. The stream was beautiful, nice spot!
