Crash Independent Air Flight 1851 (“Il Disastro delle Azorre”) Accident Causes

My name is Francisco Cunha. I´m the author of the book about the crash of Independent Air Flight 1851 the worst air accident to take place in Portugal, which occurred on February 8, 1989, killing 144 people. I made this presentation to try to explain, in a simple and straightforward way, the reasons that led to the accident. It´s my first ever attempt at this type of work and I hope you find it informative enough.
