BEAMNG NEWS episode 109 Sorry for the last one ending all of a sudden, I lost a large part of it that was later and I was too frustrated to re-type it, plus the annoying crashes and freezes kept happening. Fortunately they are gone now I think. The part I lost was about a few more vehicles trying the competition, then the Cyberduck winning it, and then it would turn out that Sheriff Bat Dummieson was driving it, and he came there to arrest Tracermobile because he knew she would show up. Then there was a chase and she got arrested (she couldn't escape long with damaged wheels). Now onto today's story... With the 2 most dangerous super-villains in the country - Darkstig and Tracermobile - being in prison now, it was time for the police to arrest the third one, who despite having a very short "career" so far has destroyed so many cars that he can definitely be considered dangerous - of course, we're talking about The Angry Dummy! Sheriff Bat Dummieson's plan was to gather as many police cars as possible around the canyon in Utah where he usually shows up, block all roads and not let him escape! There was, however, one weak point of this plan: after a lot of police cars have mysteriously gone missing recently, there was not enough of them to cover the whole area! 3 new ones had to be bought quickly, including one for Sheriff himself. What's more, they needed to be offroad cars, to be able to catch up with The Angry Dummy on any surface. The cops were really lucky this time - they managed to get them before the operation! How did they do it? Each one had a different solution: Deputy Wreckmeister took his private spare Fiat 126p and turned it into an offroad car, using offroad suspension and wheels he bought, a rally front bumper, a roof rack and a tuned sport engine! Deputy Kevin borrowed a police pickup from a friend from some small local police department and just tuned the engine to make it faster. Sheriff Bat Dummieson quickly flew to Italy in a jet plane for a big sale of old repaired cars to buy one for himself - they are 50% off, so even counting 2 jet plane tickets, you cam save a lot of money! He quickly found what he wanted: a Gavril D-Series Classic, already with a Sheriff paintjob and capable suspension! By the way, today's episode is sponsored by Gavril, so we need to tell you more about the D-Series Classic - it's becoming more and more popular because of the sale so it won't hurt you to learn a bit! What many dummies don't know is that the common D-Series pickup is actually not an original vehicle - it's a facelift of an older truck of the same name, nowadays known as D-Series Classic! Same goes for the H-Series van and the Roamer SUV, although the classic Roamer never left the concept stage, and there is not a single classic H-Series left in the whole country, the last ones were destroyed during the big wave of truck rampages. Now, more technicla stuff about the D-Series Classic: the main variant is very simmilar to the "modern" one, it just has visual differences and different engines. But there are more variants than just a normal pickup: there is also a flareside pickup, a prerunner and a station wagon! These body styles were not very popular back in the day, so the modern version doesn't include them; however now a lot of them are being bought in the sale! It's 50% off after all! Now, back to the story: Sheriff Bat Dummieson bought the truck and went to test it on the nearby hill - and immidiately wrecked it by falling off the cliff! Fortunately, he landed just in front of an auto repair center and they somehow managed to fix it quickly there! Then he quickly returned to BeamNG Land in an AN-12B cargo plane that had lots of JATO rockets attached to it! As soon as he came back, the operation started. All deputies took part in it, except for 2 - McSpeed, who is still on paper duty, and O'Cliff, who got punished for having a deal with Darkstig. At first, it seemed like it had succeeded - all roads were blocked, and the most experienced deputies were searching for The Angry Dummy all over Utah. But suddenly, Sheriff Bat Dummieson recieved an emergency call from North Barstow State: a dummy in a brown lifted pickup was pushing cars off the cliffs in the mountains there! Obviously, they were talking about The Angry Dummy, so the whole operation was a waste of time! The villain must be smarter than everyone thought, as he has predicted what the police would do a few times already - or maybe someone from the police is informing him about everything?... Stigsson might not be the only deputy who has turned evil... Of course, this is all just speculations, but who knows, they might be true...
