Seen Through Glass the reason is that there's a slight chance you might break parts of the wiper mechanisms as the motor attempts to overcome the resistance from the snow. What you had was fairly light snow and the wiper blades were not frozen to the windshield. So no harm done 👌

Reason for the Tesla's in the middle of the set of Narvia, is cabins. People have cabins in the mountain, and head there a weekend or two a month and do winter things like skiing and some more skiing. Me included. 40 minutes from that ice track.

Driving like this is dangerous. You should clean all the thick and heavy snow off your car (roof, bonnet, windows) before, as it can slide and cover the windscreen, obviously blocking your visibility. It can also fly off and hit another car, which personally happened to me and I nearly crashed.

It's fine really. They have battery warmers. However, they loose a tiny bit of range in the cold. Maybe 10% at most if it's just cold. Snow and ice have an significant impact on the range though.
