It just makes them completely disappear from existence so that you cant see the carnage that you created. One time, I dropped a lot of stuff on people, then deleted everything except for the people, and all there was was a few arms, one head, half a person, a few legs. I had dropped 35 people in there and there were barely enough body parts to make 5 people because they all vanished in the cloud of red floating blood.
