Bhai vegan almond milk is made up of almonds and not dairy and yes it is a good substitute for lactose-intolerant but expensive too ! And yes it does not taste as good as dairy milk because it is made by mixing almonds with water but still people compromise with the taste to get the goodness of it and they even start liking it after drinking it for a while .
