He typically adds something called Shrimp & Crab Boil, a spicy liquid seasoning that he just dumps straight into the water. There's no doubt that he definitely added it to this. I haven't seen a single video with crawfish where he doesn't add Shrimp & Crab Boil

Over here in Texas some people don’t even use traps. I know a lake at has a bunch of crawfish and all u need to do is tie a big piece of chicken to a string, throw it in the water and the crawfish will come and hold on to the chicken

Why not tie a rope to the trap and fasten it to the bank instead of swimming in that mucky ditch!

Get the wire mesh. Make a cylinder, then make two cones where the small end is open by about 3.5 or 4 cm cm or so. Put the cones into the cylinders small end first, then use some cord or wire and tie them in securely. Cut a hole in the top to add bait and empty the crayfish out and use a clasp to keep it secure.

Excellent traps, but you need to season that broth sooo much more. Add about 4 heads of garlic, and about as many large sliced oranges. You can buy spice mix or make your own, and it all comes out delicious.
