Alcaraz is just a straight up freak. Ruud is no slouch and he out played and overpowered him in a US Open final after playing 2 5 setters in a row. Madrid 2022 was such a treat to witness and who knows, may well win the ATP Finals trophy and the Aus Open back to back!

Main thing in that USO final was the serving cuz in set two he looked sluggish and the third set breaker practically decided the match. But yea he’s gotta be the fittest player on tour only person ik at the moment who can do that

Recuerdo que yo observé ese partido en directo. Creo que mereció ganar Mayer. Me parece que ha sido una de las más grandes frustraciones que Mayer ha experimentado al perder este partido. Notorio es, en su rostro, la contención de sus lágrimas. Muy triste para mi fue su derrota.
