Lots of options from the "truck", with rolling over your shoulder and leg dragging obviously being the best. You can set up a few foot locks after the roll as well. It just looks so freaking cool and if you lockdown/ scorpion is tight there's not much they can do to stop the roll.

I am a white belt with a question: when I roll, I do almost everything I can to not knee or shin my opponent on his crotch, I notice the guy in the rash guard just stacks on top of the guy without a shirt’s crotch. Is that common? Do you guys just wear cups in competition and go as hard at the nuts as you can?
