The Browns being up 7 with 28 seconds to go and losing is one of the most Browns things, ever. That 2001 Bears team was absolutely bizarre, they were not expected to be anything special that year due to missing the playoffs the previous 6 seasons including 4 consecutive years with double digit losses, yet went 13-3 in 2001, second best record in the NFL, and even though I’m not a Chicago fan, I still loved watching them. Literally the week before that Bears-Browns game, they were playing the 49ers and were down 28-9 in the third quarter. The Bears came all the way back to tie it at 31-31 and send it into overtime. The Bears then won it the exact same way as their game against the Browns: a game winning pick six by Mike Brown in overtime.

Before you had the two awesome Browns/Steelers and 49ers/Giants games on Sunday, the day before on Saturday, Peyton Manning and the Colts got absolutely demolished 41-0 by, of all quarterbacks and of all teams, Chad Pennington and the Jets. After that, the Packers, who up to that point had NEVER lost a home playoff game ever got thoroughly outplayed 27-7 in Lambeau by the exciting Michael Vick and a Falcons team that had just barely snuck in the playoffs thanks to a tie

@mikekrcil Жыл бұрын
The Harrison play should be ranked #1 - in all likelihood a 14-point swing (Anquan might have dropped it or something, never know) in a title game decided by 4 points. It's even better when you consider that it was purely film study that made it possible. I can't find the article, but I read that just weeks earlier, the Chargers stung the Steelers on the exact same play for a TD because Harrison rushed the passer. When Arizona lined up, Harrison recognized it and bluffed the rush before dropping back into the lane.

That game had everything, punt and kickoff return for td, mile high miracle, interception in OT leading to game winning Tucker kick in double OT. He bought season tickets in 09 when they were pretty mediocre, and seeing them come out of nowhere was special to see. That game, especially, was like Davis and Smith overcoming a lot of their struggles early in their careers. That last TD to Davis, Candlestick was just wild and I’ve never been more loud in my life! My dad and I still talk about this game whenever I am back home (live in Ohio now) and go to a Niners game. One of funnest experiences of my life for sure! How can the game of 2015 not be Saints-Giants 52-49 that set an NFL record for total TD passes in a single game??

“It’s not football, it’s ping pong!” What a line. So glad to see my Colts with epic Ws in the 03 and 06 games. Our wildcard win vs KC def could’ve been the rep for 2013 too.

Colts-Patriots in the 2006-07 AFC Championship was the real Super Bowl that year. As a Colts fan, had New England won, there's no doubt in my mind the Patriots would have beat the Bears in the Super Bowl too.

It’s more insane that it was not a nationally broadcast game. I had to watch the highlights of the game later to see how they scored so much points.

Both Cardinals/Packers games on this list are core memories for me. Watching them with my dad and just jumping in our living room

Denver vs Dallas in 2013 (51-48) is unforgettable as a Cowboys fan. Peyton faking out the camera guy with a bootleg TD is forever a cursed image 😂

2015 gane that included the Saints and Giants was a far crazier game than the game yall chose for this list. I get it the 2 Rodgers hail Marys was crazy but Brees and Manning combining for 13TD was a FAAAAR crazier game.

I'm not sure how you cannot have the Eagles Pats Superbowl 51. The most yards ever in NFL history. The biggest shootout in NFL history. All in a Superbowl.

In the 2010 game Matt Dodge was supposed to kick it out of bounds.

I was born the year of the Colts Bucs game. My dad is a Colts fan, and honestly? I think that comeback may have cemented my fate of being a Homer for life.
