Tom Gonzales' garage is the best. The entire estate is beautiful. I too would love to live peacefully in the middle of nowhere, far away from annoying humans.

The disappearing garage was my favorite due to the fact you cannot see it from the outside and the amount of space it offers. For practically purposes I would love to have a garage with ability to wash car inside of it at the same time with a TV on wall, couch, and office chair and desk.

I think the Tahoe one is the best, the setting is the prettiest. I think my Nissan Sentra would look lonely in that garage, unless…it comes with the collection.😁

I wouldn’t wanna live on the track (I live by a main highway/interstate with a like quarter mile to 3/4 of a mile stretch that cars love to do pulls on and I live at the very start of it 😅😅) but those houses themselves are so cool!! The layout is super nice. I love that more and more people are legit building their dream home for what they want no for resell value.

Most people that buy these don’t live there full time. They’re literally garages that they entertain at and go to track events etc

Iv'e been to one in, I was invited there (work) and they still would not let me in, after about 30 minutes I had security drive me in. They have about multiple tracks, the houses have giant garages with unbelievable cars inside, money money money.

I saw a video last night in regards to homes like this but looked like a different spot they were essentially a spot you could have alottt of cars a nice hangout spot and just watch the races but the video could have been misinformed.

@@rugsbaby The houses back up to the track like in the video the last homes, the people who live there can use the track, so lots of road cars, Ferrari, Lambos Ford Mustang Boss 302. Owners and invited guest only, they almost didn't let me in. I do not believe that they sanction races there. These are second 3 4 and more extra houses. Like I stated Money Money Money. and not 1 million for the home. Much more.

The L. Tahoe compound with the carrier lift is the only one I'd consider. I wouldn't buy into any community concept at that price point. Having HOA rules with a multi-million dollar price tag is unacceptable.

To all of the content creators out there, PLEASE stop with the garbage trap-sounding beats playing throughout your videos. No one likes it, anyone watching your content isn’t doing so for the music. And it’s actually the opposite; people like me are turning your videos OFF because of it. I’ll never understand why anyone thinks it’s necessary. It makes the entire watching experience feel dumber & less relevant. Imagine if the nightly newscasters told the news with a trap beat playing. Makes it feel a thousand times less classy, kinda like the dude at the 2:42 mark. Absolutely unnecessary. Truth be told, about 70% of the video feels try hard & classless.
