Using Nishida as thumail. But Team Japan never get a red or yellow card. They are the most discipline team. They never get in trash talk & fight. They never lose their cool in court. No matter what.

@Filipe Serafim it’s still a display of violence so it’s a great deal, especially since he placed his hands on another player. If you think that doesn’t deserve a red card or even a yellow card, you’d be surprised by how many coaches have been red carded for throwing their clipboards and stuff out of rage 😂

As long as it didn't stop the flow of the game, I don't see the problem. The problem is letting communists make rules, because they are not adult enough to know that you don't legislate that type of human behavior, especially if it's within the flow. If players are yelling at each other across the net in a disrespectful manner but the game is still going, leave it alone refs! This is a sport. Adversity is built in. If one can't handle verbal adversity, they don't belong on the court....players and refs alike.

Can someone explain to me how cards work? I'm really lost.
@ryanstejskal15064 жыл бұрын
The referee shows cards held up (as seen in this video) for unsporting conduct. (Cards can also be shown held against the referee's wrist; this indicates that a player or team is unnecessarily delaying the match and can result in the other team receiving a point, but delay cards never cause anyone to be ejected.) Yellow card is a warning - nothing happens immediately, but further misconduct will lead to a red card or more. Each _team_ can only receive one yellow card per match - the card is generally issued to a single player or coach, but it's considered a warning for the whole team. Red card is a one-point penalty - other team receives a point and the service. If both teams receive a red card at the same time (as seen in this video), the serving team's card is enforced first, so the result is that both teams get one point, both teams rotate one service position, and the team that was serving is still serving but with a new server. Beyond red card, there's yellow + red held together (the person receiving this is expelled for the rest of the set), and then yellow + red held apart (the person receiving this is disqualified for the remainder of the match). These are very rare. The referee can go straight to red or yellow + red if the conduct warrants (for example, if you punched an opponent, it'd be straight to disqualification). If the same person were to be carded more than once in the same match, each subsequent card must be a higher level (if you've already received a red card, the next card offense will be yellow + red expulsion from the set at minimum).
