I keep seeing all these nice bucks killed in Pa, where our area gets worse n worse. Congratulations on a good day. And be HAPPY that you don’t live in ground zero CWD area and herd reduction capital of Pa! Appreciate what you guys have up there. Thanks for sharing.

@PennNative Sounds like 4A just to our north...60somethousand doe tags...wow. I'm in Allegany County, MD, our state's epicenter for CWD. It's odd...we hunt Hampshire County, WV not far from Slanesville. That seemed to be THEEE true starting point for CWD yet we still see decent deer numbers there. Around our place near Town Hill (Fulton/Bedford line), our numbers appear to still be down. And my stickbow efforts thus far since Halloween have been fruitless. Few deer seen and not many bucks. We have a camp in southern Bedford County and I haven't hunted PA since 2018. It's sad...

@@MattJones1829 Matt… unbelievable. Yep 4A Bedford. Guys just don’t understand how bad it truly is. Cause you see these other areas. N like WOW. Look at the big bucks now in Pa. Look at the KZbin videos all the deer guys are seeing. No man. That’s not what it’s like here. It’s so bad I do t really want to hunt anymore. I don’t want to shoot doe. There just almost none left. And if you do get one. The chances that you have to throw it out cause it has CWD are so high that it really not with the effort..

I have had some of the best rut action myself. Today alone I saw 3 or 4 bucks I have seen at least 1 buck every day. I am playing musical tree trying to get one in range. Darren

I’ve learned the same as well hunting here in southern Michigan really pressured state land most of the spots I see the good bucks don’t even have sign around them just security cover and good terrain
