They have some really strict traffic laws (rightfully so), But a ton of people do not want to face their punishment, so they run. At least that's what a ex Arkansas cop told me.

The constant “narrating,” which is simply reading from the police report, is incredibly annoying. If you must hear yourself talk, maybe just give a brief intro to each segment. Trust me, your brief intro would be much more than enough of you talking only to tell us what we can plainly see. Other than that, good job.

This video highlights the lack of concern for anyones safety but their own. The cops create more danger trying to catch the suspect, can't really run from cops if they aren't chasing. Is it really that hard to post up and track the car and get after it when it stops?
