Crazy about Coleus! Tips on planting and caring for summer annuals.

Pour yourself a beverage and settle in to watch me share with you how I'm taking all of those beautiful summer plants I recently bought at Vintage Hill Farms and will be potting them up and also planting in the landscape. I LOVE coleus!!! It's a versitile annual in my zone 6b garden. Coleus are known for their outstanding foliage...full of colors, textures, shapes and endless varieties to choose from. Coleus do great in shade and sunnier spots. Perfect for spreading out all around your garden and home. I'll also be planting a few other annuals like Euphorbia. One perennial that I scored was the shade loving Brunnera and have the perfect spot for these in a North Facing garden bed. How fun!! I'm a Missouri girl, transplanted in retirement to Florida. Miss my Missouri gardens but learning to make it work in zone 9!!!. You have inspired me to get some coleus and plant them around my patio and garden. Thank you! This was delightful to watch!!!
