I didn't say the driver didn't make a mistake but that they BOTH made a mistake and yet that idiot gets crazy. But the bottom line is : the driver should have stop, you're right, but he had right of way : the biker has a stop sign AND a "yield" sign. The biker ignores the stop (same as the car), he just goes as you say, they both pass the stop line at the same time and he fails to yield and then he is stupid enough to put the video on youtube and whine that he was in danger. And then someone puts it in a compilation named "CRAZY & ANGRY PEOPLE vs BIKERS". Here I just see a crazy and angry biker who puts his life and the one of his passenger in danger and doesn't even learn anything : he just blames somebody else. And that's the worst part : we all make mistake, the important thing is to learn from it.

No they don't..the driver has his hand on the wheel and other hand on his lap!!! The biker flipped out because he thought that the driver was holding a phone but he wasn't!! Again....It was the passenger with a phone not the driver! The biker simply assumed because he seen the passenger, then seen the driver with one hand on the wheel!! The drivers head was facing forward the whole time!! Not looking down!
