I had a similar incident in my accomadation in the Philippines, when i signed my lease i made sure i had bike parking but i didn't use it for a month or so. When i parked my bike I got a message from caretaker to shift my bike, i went down and asked where is best. He said on the other side of the car with the other bikes. I did that, around 10pm I had a banging on my door, it was the caretakes telling me shift my bike again. I looked at him and closed the door in his face, Next morning my bike was on the street. I was angry but I held my words and didn't say anything, I left the bike in the street for two days, eventually he approached me and showed me where to put the bike, very inconvenient place but I took that as a message he had backed down.

Usually, it is one spot per apartment sometimes if it is a 2 bedroom and you get two spots (rare) or get to park tandem . Some buildings charge extra for parking. Every place is different. Sometimes there is not enough space to park sim you started with just a scooter now a car and Moto bike talk with owner if you pay extra for spots your taking up inside property make peace with owner and not to stress your wife and baby

OK, allow me to explain what the Landlady's sister was trying to tell Sim......Basically she was mad that you change the lock on your apartment (did you break the lock that time?) And also want you to park your bikes UNDER THE shed with the other scooters. Since you have "2" of them maybe she does not want them all over the LAWN. So just move them under there and they will NOT complain (Don't know if you are blocking the gate entry with your bikes or anything, but maybe the owner does not want it there). Hope that helps, you don't have to move....just have some understanding of what they are trying to say. Show Jolina the video she can translate anything. Or ask her to go with you to better understand what they are trying to get across, easy peasy. Take care and keep the good work.
