Crazy Cartwheel. Lesson Two

GymOn is going to teach you the perfect cartwheel technique! You are on your way. We start this video reviewing what you have learned in lesson one. You will cartwheel over a panel mat so you will see the importance of reaching your body forward. You can bring a stuffed animal or favorite small toy to practice. We end the lesson with learning how to run and hurdle into your cartwheel, an important aspect of cartwheel development. Keep up the good work; you are almost a cartwheel pro!
Parents are encouraged to assist children to ensure that exercises are performed properly. This will create a safe environment as well as a healthy and consistent practice.
