Hi Kayla, so nice to spend time with you today. I have been dealing with a sore back all week and a cold. This morning my back was really bad, so much so that I had to take some medication. Normally, I don't take any kind of drugs. I had plans to get a lot done around the house but, not now. I finished a blanket for my girlfriend and a baby blanket. Now I'm working on another baby blanket and a blanket. The blanket is a pattern by Bee Creative, Happily Stained Blanket. I'm using Michael's Craft Smart Fiesta and black. We have had a tough day too, directed my hubby in rehanging the kitchen upper cabinets around our new refrigerator, that wore both of us completely out. I cooked supper, ate and fell asleep soon afterwards and now I'm awake after midnight, lol. Sounds like you got your bathroom water leak fixed. Love the Ms. Miller cat lady doll. We are expecting severe cold weather in the Rocky Mountains this weekend so I'll be finishing up sewing the panels to my 2nd throw done on my 48 pin Jamit knitting machine. Some ideas for you for future projects --- I really enjoy your page spreads. Have you ever upcycled an old book? You can show how to make a real junk journal using junk mail. I agree with you regarding diamond painting, that would drive me bonkers. However, I can appreciate how some folks would find it relaxing. It's not my thing.

Sorry you're not feeling well, Kayla. The crazy cat lady is cute! We're supposed to get snow starting in a few hours and some very cold temperatures over the next four days or so. So, not sure what I'll be doing. I wanted to go to the thrift shop near our home, but if the roads are icy, it's usually not worth going out. I have good snow tires, but you have to worry about the drivers who don't have them. May start on a new crochet project if I stay home!

Hi, Kayla. That crazy cat lady doll is funny and I'm glad you're giving her Gray hair because I have Gray hair too. I need to color mine soon. I don't have cats because I'm allergic to them, but I enjoy the opportunity to be entertained by yours without sneezing and itching. Your sathie definitely has personality. I have not had good luck with FedEx. Either out here in Washington State. They are the least reliable. They leave packages in very strange places on my property, and I'm mostly blind. It can be extremely challenging for me to locate, and my package is when FedEx delivers them. It's super frustrating. I am trying to crochet Victorian Star blanket in the round. It is an intermediate project. And I'm still kind of a beginner crochet, it's a challenge for sure I'm learning how to make puff stitches, but I'm enjoying the challenge.

Cute dolls. FedEx has problems here also, they deliver packages to incorrect addresses all the time. I had to contact Amazon and ask them to please use another carrier when delivering here because packages say delivered but I never receive them.
