I find myself looking at this and thinking “Without the fries, I would kill it!” I just want an opportunity to try a proper fish and chips. I’m pretty sure the options here in the SF Bay Area, while delicious, aren’t all that authentic. You know, when you separated what was left into 2 bits and said “your challenge is this. Then you’ll tackle that” you absolutely reminded me of the book written by a US Navy Seal that was on Seal Team Six that killed Bin Laden. He got through every day by portioning out the day. He would tell himself “make it to lunch. That’s all I have to do. Make it to lunch” then after lunch is “make it to dinner. That’s it. Do this part, make it to dinner. That’s all I have to do”. He told the joke about “ how do you eat an elephant?” One bite at a time. So - you’re just like an elite Navy Seal 😂🤣

I admire the hell out of Leah and Bob for even trying this. While I personally would LOVE a huge chunk of fish like this, and the other stuff would simply put me off.
