You don't give your company's equity to an employee because they do a great job at their job... that's why they get a decent salary for and carry none of the risks of owning and operating a business. Porsche's engine engineers don't own an equity in Porsche, they're just well paid employees and that's how it should be.

An ''old head'' like Luis most likely enjoy doing mechanic stuff and bring food to the table for his family. Give him like a 15% raise and it's pretty much a guarantee that he will stay with the company

Vic. I make body panels and parts from scratch in my shop. Doing any body kit fitment work is very hard and will give a person bad dreams. Please consider that in your guy's pay. Love the work you guys do and professionalism

I went to Visit RDBLA on 24th of December and here’s my take They are legit legit operation, There are shops which are more of fame and YT and less of shop, When i went there Sarkis was there in his office Dude literally told me “yea fan? Go inside, roam” sarkis just dont care 😂 And then Moses came and told me no i am not allowed to go inside as these are private properties and we have to maintain protocols. Moses is a one humble and calm human being, kudos to him.

Looks like you guys are doing the flares right. I don’t like the other g wagon 4x4 kits for the 2020. The flare look so off and weird. But this is perfect so far. It fits the body so well not to long and and it is a very clean look and matches the dull edges on the body instead of being a rounded off design
