Almost a year passed and still an epic battle. The save by Franqey was quite possibly the best thing I've ever seen in a battle. Joan knows it and mocks it as he com's out for his third set. You Never know what can happen in a battle.

Jason Stroman it was a planned move he moves toward Hoan and even waits to do the foot move on that specific part of the beat i dont think you sound more smart by talking in all caps btw. you cant assume he made a mistake and fixed it by pure chance and luck and happened to not mess up and be on beat at the same time. Thats even harder then planning the simple musicality move in the first place.

I appreciate the "effortless" factor. Popping is a dance that is primarily done with confidence and composure, in other words not "over-dancing" the song... something i dont see very much in international dancers, there are few exceptions though. Ill give Hoan this, he's got a great HIT. As for musicality, there is such a thing as trying to emphasize to much of the melody and not focus enough on staying on time and grooving with the battle.

I think sometimes you try to keep musicality and become sloppy, I thought Franquey was sloppy and Hoan was much cleaner and to me I think Hoan should have won because of that. But, they both were dope.
