it’s for weightlifting because their are different weight classes and if you are the lightest in your weight class you have a better chance at winning if that makes sense

I love you guys smmm I started going to the gym recently and when I found out Ali does weight lifting I actually wanted to start weight lifting and Ali made me feel like I could do it ! And a couple months ago I couldn’t even walk into the weight lifting but Ali makes me feel confident and idk I love u guys tho!

For a couple vlogs I’ve seen Allison always like wanting to treat her hair with all these hair masks, and those may be working. But also when she styles her hair she needs to use the right products for her hair type and know that she can’t brush it dry, or get out the shower with wet hair brush it and not put any product in. She has curly hair so she needs to start treating it like that. For her to actually see her hair be healthier
