Right? It's so short so it's easy to know the words. Then again, I was also a preschool teacher when Frozen came out and was forced to listen to that freaking soundtrack over and over and over again in the classroom. Then when we went outside of the classroom the kids would all sing it. There was no escape until Moana came out and there was a new obsession!

“When you do your scales and your arpeggios”!!!! I was yelling it at you Tiff!!! ☺️ (only knew that one and the Pocahontas and Pinocchio ones, and sang the Frozen tune - didn’t know the words lol!) I think it helps if you’ve played them many times on the piano when the words are right there in the book ☺️ oh, and Pocahontas was my life when I was little and I had a sing a long cassette with a book to sing along to all the songs!

Okay, I honestly only missed the first one. Usually I don't do well, these just happened to be songs that I happened to know! The Three Caballeros and Pinocchio songs were on the same Sing Along VHS that I used to have to watch on repeat with a boy I babysat. When my daughter was a baby watching the Scales and Arpeggios clip from Aristocrats would calm her down when she was crying. Pocahontas was the first CD I ever owned as a kid. And I happened to be a preschool teacher when Frozen came out and had that whole soundtrack burned into my head. So really, it was more that I got lucky, not than I actually know that many Disney songs!

I got the Aristocats one, the Pocahontas one and the Three Caballeros one (that one is one of my favourites and I watched it about 1000 times as a kid lol). I've only seen Frozen once so I thought that it was a Frozen song but didn't know any of the words. I recognised the Tangled one but didn't know the words. I used to play the Pinocchio one on the piano so I recognised the song but I still didn't remember the words.

I got Scales and Arpeggios and Hi-Diddle-Di-Di. I never listen to the credits songs because they're always in an annoying pop style that doesn't fit with the film. The only one I like is At The Beginning from Anastasia. Still a pop song but the harmonies and key change are irresistible!
