recording: windows 10 xbox gamebar (it only records that tab, but it automatically stops when you close it or even change the size of the tab, so for instance if you go from fullscreen to windowed it's gonna stop recording automatically) editing: capcut (free, has watermark only if you use templates and it's still easy to remove, really good)
