Sinsa and Charon, they are just broken together. One of my favorite duo in the game. Btw, really good tier list and fair, I agree (almost all) with your opinion. I'm looking forward for the other elements.

my f2p ass thoughts and opinions: I was thinking about taki and tinyone...sure tinyone is a good converter but her downside would be she doesn't have access to a3. Also being a converter, her stat would be so low and thus her contribution to late game becomes very low and becomes niche instead, but she's still one of the best 3stars I'll below her to seleuclid(because bethel+regal normal attackers comp, also detonator) As for taki, he's weak without bt, but b2 or specially at max bt he's pretty useful. His skill was not as versatile and pretty much demanding contrary to tiny one, but because at top of that he is 5star, he's also a detonator (high stat values ofc not just attack) and his skill can still deal dmg so he's contributing something. With max bt preemptive and the convert into enhance tile doubles the value of the skill. Also his equip has burn so at least I'll put him to solid specially if Uriel comps, or have Charon to push the enemy out of the tile converted and have ways to take advantage of those situations, or simply Barbara with red tile stun niche. Hes basically a more complex and less flexible converter tinyone, but because of burn team comp, so he have a home roster to belong. So for me it would be that I'd put tiny and taki both on solid. Nails on the other hand, can become core on niche setups but not flexible for the overall content cuz he belong to the end game, so solid it is for my opinion. As for Uriel, she is pretty underrated... But that's because there's only few burn aurorians at the moment, and that also doesn't mean it's gonna be good but we're on the good track already thx to Leona and probably taki as well...Also she slaps us with how unluckly we are sometimes cuz RNG, ending up putting alot of blame on her (we are bitter af). But unlike Eicy and Faust, it was a global field reset(removes any tile anomalies) and can do more converted tiles even upto 15+ tiles that might be also connected(yeah she's my goddamn savior at floor 43, a very annoying stage, and other stages that has field nuisance) Jona is um... I can't tell cuz I don't have Frostfire yet(just entered 4th stage) and I was thinking of pairing then to see if reducing FFs combo req would be a good idea vs bringing 2 snipers

Smokey got buffed recently, I'm liking her damage now. Not ideal for single-tile enemies, but great for multiple-tile ones!

The combo of Charon pulls and Sinsa smashes is always my favorite, since Charon could help Sinsa utilizes best his active skill (and at bt2, both of them have similar cd, just like they are making for each other)! So yeah, why not both?

I feel jona should be one tier higher. As you argued one turn burst units as strong yet she is a 2 turn burst unit while supporting fire for 2 lower chain count which is an issue even some of your core suffers from since they rely on that 15 tile wombo combo and are meh after since red tiles are sparse after usually. She essentially "converts" (adds) two tiles to red tiles for two turns (only in second turn is this really needed tho) by lowering the red amount required 2nd turn for whole team. It doesn't sound like much but 1 tile can potentially set off a chain now(depending on team few aurorians require 3 tiles), 2 red tiles mostly will( many aurorians require 4 for chain 1). Meaning she is core for 2nd turn after burst being most potentially effective at dps for whole team. Something only pepi can kind of have somw claim to with her 0 cd teleport giving you great positioning for red tiles.. Off noon tho. She aight.. but she should still be a tier higher then you put. U spoke about averaging her between avg and strong making her solid in one vid. Im arguing core and avg being averaged out to being in middle of solid and strong so i say strong rather than your solid since core is definitely valid in her noon state as she is an amazing all round unit. Def needs a dupe tho.

Great video, thanks for the amazing work, keep going. The tierlist is clear and the recap at the end is very helpful and insightful. I agree on almost everything, outside of Brock and Nails which are hidden little golden nuggets. My 2 cents for improvements over the next tier lists you are about to do : 1. Showing the recap of the tier list between each tier => to help summarize the overall of what you just said. 2. Put the emphasis on the "budget" Aurorians => You've done it for some, like Tiny One, but I feel like it would talk more to F2P players that way. 3. Put the emphasis over a specific Aurorians which have a unique ability or king of their niche => A good example is Brock, at the moment, nobody else in the game is able to pull ALL enemies toward them, which makes him the king of it's own niche. (You've done it for Chandra, why not spreading the love?) 4. Another good disclaimer at start would be to say about "Which context/Content" you are using for your tier list, there is a ton of content right now, with big key features which change the overall needs and shake the tier list => There is a tier list for overall gameplay (the staples, like 4-Tiles converter and main DPS), There is a tier list for Elysium, now there is a tier list for Calamity Codex to have in mind too, and probably one for the Dangerous Territory (which nobody cares, but who knows, it might be useful in the future). Regarding our best duo SinCha, Overall they are perfect together, when I can't use both I tend to use Sinsa, because of the Def Shred, but the pure utility of Charon is not to overlook, plus Charon have a CC at 2+ tiles and a 2 whole clusters CC, Sinsa only starts CC after 4+ tiles and it's a radial to the limit chain, which touch one or two less times on 4 tiles Ecclipsites and more on larger ones. The only reason I'm main Sinsa, is I'm a Studio Gainax/Trigger lover, and Sinsa is just a Kamina inspired character /o/

i would say Nails should be 1 tier higher. He is one of the few Snipers in the fire department that does decent work and his active skill is very good on low HP doing great dmg and applying the bleeds that can shred enemies HP in those 2 turns.

Sinsa and Charon are the chad among chad. Sinsa (mbt) is probably the hardest hitter among all aurorians (not including legendary) because of his DEF reduction. Meanwhile, Charon becomes much more valuable because of his reset non-red tile skill that also includes broken tiles.

Nails is niche but a SSSSSS tier at it's specialty. I've done 50k active with 150k bleed (300k for 2 turns).

Alice actually very useful for the damage return boss enemy. As without her I would die when enemy dies. With her skill when the boss died, I still have some HP left and get healed with chain skill.

Not getting Charon or Sinsa makes fire calamity codex painful to do. Luckily my forest and water teams can carry the score to glistening diamond for max rewards. I’ll just have to try again in the next RRR with those two. I managed to get Sariel in her RRR which is nice.

Completely agree with the Charon and Sinsa point. While more dps is good, Charon complete kit is much more useful overall, in my personal opinion; especially in newer content. As a personal rule, dps are temporary, support are eternal and as such, Charon is the easy winner for me Still, Sinsa is a great fire unit in his own right and love them both

If you've never played with Nails, give him a chance. Day 1 player here and he was my first level 80 aurorian.... And I still use him permanently on my main team, side by side with Victoria.

My man brock sure made to a solid tier XD But i was just surprised that you put gram in a strong tier. Since he is many things packed into one. He has a high atk stat with even fury stacks to get more atk. A heal and a high dmg short cool down teleport.and also,he powercreeped smokey soo hard that she got SMOKED XD

Well by his definition of core which is above strong. He said nothing else can replicate it with the same efficiency or power. But gram is so well rounded he matches many characters efficiency rather then completely destroy it. Except in one aspect which i agree is core tho and that is his atk stacking overtime. Many burst and wait to burst again. He just burst harder everytime.

Yeah, he's very good. He and Charon where the key duo to clear higuer floors in spire (above 90), they are fun to play together, Charon relocates and Gram jump at enemies getting more stacks. Add Brock you have the ultimate pull and location combination.

Double posting here to give you a suggestion, this came to me after my initial post. Would you consider adding an extra bit to your tier list? One where you rate character combos, such as Victoria + Nails and Uriel + Leona. These are comps that are used and elevate these characters, maybe give that a small mention?

I do agree with you about Charon/Sinsa debate, Charon is way more versatile (f.e. you can't pull solfalls from their shielders with Sinsa in spire 89), he is better against shields with his 2-hit diagonals and has better combo range. But i strongly disagree about Nails and Gram. Unlike Barbara, Nails is used in a lot of high end content like elysium where enemies are not immune to dots, there's a video with him as a main dps in t4 elysium alongside Schwartz and Uriel. And Gram definitely should not be in the same tier as Victoria, Tiny One (also too high, solid at most) and Genev, i'd say he is around Sinsa's level in terms of dps (worse normals bc of no diagonals, but better chain combo damage and can use it after only 2 tiles) and also brings way better utility. People really overhype Sinsa's def shred, which is good ofc, but not that broken. Just my 2 cents.

Originally there was a bug with Alice's active skill, in which it prevent your hp from decreasing at the 10% hp, making your team basically immortal if timed carefully. This makes past Alice the main healer for cheesing hard stages, like ones in the Elysium The bug was patched like a month ago tho, so yeah RIP Alice

you do not know how friking good alice is... if she is your captain and you A3+lvled+equipment+affinitty she makes you unkillable, literally, every time she heals she can get up to 1500 of armor, and it does not have Cold Down, you can do it every single turn if you use her tile skill (5 steps same color).

Indeed, Istvan teams are best with teams which relies more on their CC to deal damages. That's what make this game so much fun. Charon and Sinsa are more Auto-attack oriented, so they benefit from Istvan's active since they hit like trucks, but B&C is definitely a better synergy. Same goes for Victoria as a healer, She's more potent with Nails and Istvan in the team (it triggers the bleed and the heal two times). I have the same case but for the water element for Fleur and Bethel, Hydrad is really making them shine brighter.
