CRAZY ENGINE KNOCK ON 2014 SUZUKI SFV650 GLADIUS!! Blown Rod Bearings? Bent Valves?

Was riding at a spirited pace and heard a horrible sound that was sort of like a couple pops and a clunk, followed by this crazy knocking. I lost all power even at full throttle. I managed to navigate through several lanes of traffic before coasting to a stop along the side of the freeway. Had to get it towed home, and then began the diagnosis.
Thus far I am leaning towards blown Rod Bearings, due to the amount of flakes in the oil and the symptoms. I am hoping the cam chain is still where it's supposed to be, and my valves are untouched.

@@carbonanimationproductions6537 ah man that sucks. It could be blown Rod Bearings, that's what mine was. Easiest way to check is drain the oil and hit it with a flashlight, if u see little flakes of metal like "glitter" your rod bearings have exploded.

@@kingryan1232 only 36k, but they were hard miles. It was at redline for a solid couple minutes before it blew up. RIP🙏
