I have a question. At night are they loud because I wish to get a bird but my mum doesn’t know because if they are loud at night she won’t sleep well.

Conures tend to sleep at night or when it's dark. Not many birds make noises at night at all. I don't know what but not many at all if not none make a noise at night. With these guys though you can expect them to shuffle around or squeak if you move a little if they sleep in the same room as you. If not, it's completely fine.
