there are vids of some cuban dudes who fish areound there and all they use i lures. they get huge muttons and grouper in like 10ft of water.

Looks like they went through Lewis Cut and were either throwing the net in front of Boca Chita or in front of Sands Key at the north end. My best guess is outside Sands Key north end.
