@@boomerang0101 I think it was 170€ for me online with a discount. If you're interested, after you finish it, the prize doesn't matter. After the initiation you find it's worth to do yoga daily. Maybe you don't do it daily, but you will end up doing yoga daily because you can't unsee that it's worth. After the initiation the support is good and free to answer all your doubts about the practice. There are free classes once a month if you want to listen to the instructions again. And you can do the free course ananda alai to feel like you are on your first day of practice, so inspired again. I've been doing daily shambhavi mahamudra for nine months now, after two years of doing it almost daily. It's still worth for now.

I learned Shambhavi in 2019 and it completely changed everything about the way I am. I used to be very angry at the way the world is. Now the world hasn’t changed but the way I see the problems of the world has changed. I’m not angry about it instead I’m more inspired to do what is needed and what little I can offer.

I have been practicing Inner engineering since 2017 and it changed the way I look at life situations. Initially after just practicing it for 40 days I saw a drastic improvemeny in my metabolic rate, controlled my sweet cravings, leading to healthy weight loss. I love the mental clarity that I get after the practice and keeps me alert through out the day. The bhava spandhana program according to me is an experince that everybody should go through. It made me realize that there is something more phenomenol that what I thought life is!!

This podcast episode is fantastic! Im grateful an isha meditator was interviewed on this podcast. Ive taken inner engineering since 2019, practicing regularly. Mentally, ive become so much more stable, mature, and balanced. Practing isha hatha yoga, ive discovered serenity and joy at new heights. When the pandemic hit, i was faced with myself. I could see that, the tools given to me with IE were there as my very backbone to explore who I am. In that critical time period, i overcame past ideas burdening me, and embraced a new sense of what it means to be human! In that time, i discovered what life meant to me, and what i wanted to do about that for myself, and others around me. Now Im 23 years old. I couldnt be more grateful to have received these tools, and i only wish that everbody could be offered the same possibility of taking life into their hands as I have been offered!

Hello everyone. Hello dear Ranveer and team. Hello dear Konstantin. My sincere gratitude to all of you for your Energy, Time and Effort put towards raising awareness about Soil Extinction. I am truly grateful that I am living in the Age of Transformation. This, our generation, is also the Age of Choices. I was only able to arrive at this knowing thanks to information that is so densely and effectively packaged in the form of podcasts by teams such as yourselves. The Age of Choices determines just this, would we like a Heaven on Earth? Or, would we like a Hell on Earth? Soil Extinction leads towards a Scorched Earth of arable land that resembles all cross cultural descriptions of Hell. Soil Rejuvenation leads towards a Green Earth of arable land that, even if we humans go extinct, we can come back from it with help from Mother Earth. This would closely resemble all cross cultural descriptions of Heaven. So, I humbly ask all of you to continue to raise your voices at our leaders of the governments of the world with the following demand for their elections this year: Save Soil. Save Soil. SAVE SOIL! Let's make it happen. Pranama to all you lovely Peoples of Earth. 🙏🤗🙏

I often get offered drinks by my friends, and they always ask why I don't drink. It's hard to explain that I feel already high because of yoga and meditation (specifically Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya). Just doing 21 minutes of Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya makes me feel much more elevated than drugs or alcohol, and the feeling doesn't fade away. Inner Engineering is for those who are seeking something more out of life. I completed my Inner Engineering program in 2021, and it completely changed my life for the better.

An excellent podcast, very inspiring experience from Konstantin. I have been doing inner engineering from 2018 and can relate to his experience. Inner engineering helped me stop thinking why is this happening to me or to other person and instead focus on “what’s needed”. Lot of such questions got evaporated and that will free up my mind to focus on what’s really needed 🙏

Glad to see this! Inner engineering has been an invaluable gift for me too. I feel in charge of my mind, my emotions, my response to situations (such as friends making fun for something stupid I do) which previously would result in angry or unpleasant reactions despite knowing intellectually that it isn’t the best response for myself. It’s like homecoming to myself, a sense of stability where I can just see within myself and decide what’s important for me and act that way in body, mind and emotions.

It was a practice called Isha Kriya. then I transitioned into Inner Engineering. A really transformative experience for me. For example, i was able to leave 10 years of alcohol drinking in just 2 days of the meditation. I have been practicing Inner Engineering since 3 years now

Poland is the only country in Europe I guess where churches are not destroyed but being built more and more. Cycling is huge in Europe. People love to travel and expand their horizons. Well, that's how I met my husband. He was a traveller and fell in love with him in just 4 days he was in Bangalore and he taught me more about my own country than I could have learnt living in India. Very humble people and lot of respect for another irrespective of the jobs. In India we respect someone by their job but after moving to Poland realized, job is just a way of earning your living and it no way tells what kind of person you are
